Trinity Health Ann Arbor's Bequest Language

"I give, devise, and bequeath [the sum of/percentage of/residue of my estate] to Trinity Health Ann Arbor, a hospital owned and operated by Trinity Health Michigan DBA Saint Joseph Mercy Health System (Federal ID 38-2113393), a not-for-profit corporation, with principal offices in Ann Arbor, Michigan, to be used for [service/department name] or in accordance of the Saint Joseph Mercy Health System Governing Board may determine if said purpose cannot be reasonably carried out."
